Installing gates prevents Anti-Social Behaviour

The Safer Harlow Partnership has agreed funding for gates to be installed at an alleyway at Churchfield. The Council has received complaints of anti-social behaviour in the alley including telephone lines being cut, noise nuisance, drinking and general anti-social behaviour. Two gates, one at either end of the alley will be installed as part of the clampdown on anti-social behaviour across the town.
