Fireworks and Halloween celebrations can be fun but, “Trick or Treat” could turn in to a scary nightmare if anti-social behaviour gets out of hand.
Harlow Council, the Police, Essex Fire and Rescue Services and Essex County Council under the umbrella of the Safer Harlow Partnership will be launching Operation ‘Bang Out of Order’ this week. The annual campaign highlights that whilst the celebrations can be harmless and fun, there is a more sinister side if behaviour goes too far or fireworks are misused

Tottenham Hotspur’s Brazilian international goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes was the star attraction at the Club’s Foundation latest Kickz project at Brays House, Harlow.
The project has now been running successfully at the venue since February of this year, and the giant shot-stopper showed his appreciation by paying a visit on Thursday evening.

A specialist team of super noses joined officers on patrol in Harlow, Friday evening (October 23) in a bid to combat drug abuse among late-night revellers.
Codenamed Operation Napalm, officers from the Safer Harlow Partnership, which includes Harlow Council, and specialist sniffer dogs; that can sniff out 12 different substances including cocaine, heroin and cannabis, search licensed premises throughout the year to search for any illegal substances.
