Partnership continues to crackdown on Nuisance Bikes.
The Safer Harlow Partnership, as part of its continuing crackdown on nuisance bikes, is urging parents to think before buying their children motorcycles, mopeds, go-peds, quad-bikes or scooters for Christmas.
