Tough talking starts in Harlow Town Centre

Talking CCTV in Harlow Town Centre is now up and running after a local competition winner took over the controls on Wednesday 23 May to official launch the system. Back in April Harlow Council secured £25,000 from the Home Office to install talking cameras in the town centre. Harlow was one of only 20 areas in the country to be successful in its bid.
