Graffiti "Tagging" Database

A database of graffiti tags has been set up by the Safer Harlow Partnership to help identify and catch those responsible for graffiti vandalism around the town. Set up by Harlow Police the database should make it easier for organisations to monitor tagging in and around Harlow and deal with this type of crime more efficiently.
