The Safer Harlow Partnership, police officers and Community Support Officers have been working over the last year to combat anti-social behaviour around the Abercrombie Centre as part of its TOGETHER action area programme.
The initial complaints about anti-social behaviour were received in September last year when pipes were smashed and diverted the water tank contents to the interior of the building, general vandalism and anti-social behaviour. The damage was estimated at £20,000.
