Domestic Violence is all too often not reported and people suffer in silence. The Safer Harlow Partnership is running a Domestic Violence awareness advertising campaign over the next couple of months. Important information and contact numbers will be advertised in local papers, on the back of bus tickets, and on the back of parking tickets in the Water Gardens. Members of the Safer Harlow Partnership (SHP) are asking for your views on: crime and disorder, anti-social behaviour, drug and alcohol misuse, prioritising crime and disorder reduction in Harlow . A consultation survey has been organised to help the Partnership devise solutions to address issues that are specific to Harlow
